Cooking laboratory
Students from all over the world, enrolled in the Foundation Year and Marco Polo Program spent an unforgettable day at the Apolf Cooking School in Pavia.
Under the expert guidance of the chefs, the participants created authentic delicacies: risotto, lasagne, ravioli, pizza, focaccia, aperitifs. After three hours of intensive preparation, the students had a dinner and shared their creations with the teachers and staff of the University of Pavia and Apolf.
