Study Areas

Foundation Year at Pavia University offers 3 different Study Areas for the student to choose from. Each programme comprises four subjects, totalling 300 hours of lectures. 

All courses are taught in Italian, giving students the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for the subjects studied. This approach allows them to familiarise themselves with a specialised language and consolidate their language training.

Didactic programmes also include specific preparation for entrance examinations for restricted access faculties.
