An extraordinary moment of culinary integration and discovery!
Students enrolled in the Foundation Year and Marco Polo Program spent an unforgettable day at the Apolf Cooking School in Pavia.
Under the expert guidance of the chefs, the participants literally put their hands to pasta, creating authentic Italian delicacies such as risotto, lasagna, ravioli, pizza, focaccia, and aperitifs.
After three hours of intense preparation, the students enjoyed their creations and shared this special moment with the teachers and staff of the University of Pavia and Apolf.
A true taste of Italy and an experience to remember!
